We are looking for a talented and passionate computational biologist to join our team. We are rapidly developing new analytical workflows and methods to inform treatment strategies. We do so by way of analysis, integration and modeling of a variety of different assay data, including multi omics (scRNA-seq, scATAC-seq, CITE-seq, CyTOF, bulk RNA-seq, etc), functional data (drug response, CRISPRi, siRNA, single-cell imaging drug response data by in-house custom built assay), and are excited to expand into integration with image analysis.
